How to return an order?
- You must provide the email used when placing the order and your order number.
- Once you select the model, size, and reason for return, you can provide a pickup address. A return label will be sent to your email, which must be affixed to the outside of the pre-wrapped package. You can drop off the package at a post office (the closest ones to your postal code will be shown) or arrange a pickup at your address.
- How to prepare your return? Wrap the box(es) with paper or a bag, securely sealed, to protect them during transport. If you use the same Correos bag in which the items were delivered, you must cross out the original label. The box(es) must be returned in perfect condition.
- Once we receive them at our warehouse, we will refund the amount for the products (10–15 days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank). You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
What are the conditions for making a return?
- You can make a return within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in poor condition.
- The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in good condition at the time of receipt. If the box is open or the packaging raises doubts or suspicions of tampering, the customer should not accept it and must immediately notify “Las bailarinas de Eloisa” via email at contacto@lasbailarinasdeeloisa.es. Exceptions may arise due to promotional periods, courier service issues, system updates, or force majeure circumstances.
- If the delivery address is unattended and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery solution. If, despite alternative solutions, the package remains undelivered after several attempts, it will be returned to our facilities. Once received, a refund will be processed for the purchased product(s), but shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package has been dispatched and the customer rejects it, they will be responsible for all incurred costs (transportation, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES (size or model)
- If you want to keep the pair you already have and try a second pair to decide between the two, you will need to place a new order for the new size or model. In the "promotional code" box, enter: CAMBIO2024 so that you are not charged shipping costs again (within the Peninsula).
Once you decide on the model you wish to keep, go to the "RETURNS" section to process the return of the item you chose to return. - If you want to make an exchange and have the same courier delivering the new item pick up the previous one, click on “RETURNS,” where you will find the option to make an exchange.
