• CHANGES:

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make an exchange or return.

To make a change, either in size or model, you will have to make a new order for the new size or the new model and, in the "promotional code" box, write: CHANGE2023 so that we do not charge you shipping costs, within the Peninsula (only valid for the first change) .

When making the new order, in the comments box in the "Shipping Method" section, you have to say that it is a change to order number……..

You'll have a day or two to try on your new pair properly so you can decide which one to keep. Once you have decided, let us know so that the courier can pick up the one you want to return (please make sure you have put the correct one in each box) by sending an email to contacto@lasbailarinasdeeloisa.es and you will receive the label to put on the package and you will be able to arrange the pick up, by the courier, in the link you will receive.

Return packaging: please wrap the box that you are going to return it to us in a paper or bag that is as collected as possible, well closed. When you notify us, you will receive a label to print and put in the box (it is the most reliable way to track the package).

When we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will check that it is in perfect conditions, and we will refund you by the same means of payment that you used to make the purchase.

For shipments outside the Peninsula, the return costs will be deducted from the refund (which will be the same as the shipping ).

  • RETURNS:

To make a return, you have 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

The refund of a return will be made for the amount that was paid for the shoes, in no case are the shipping costs returned, if they were paid when making the order. Return costs must be deducted from that amount, as we will explain below.

To make the return, let us know (as we indicate below) and we will send the courier to pick it up where you tell us, it's that easy.

You can return it either of your own free will (it doesn't fit you, it's not what you were looking for, etc) or because the shoe has a visible flaw or defect. After that period, returns will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

To make a return, you have to send an email to contacto@lasbailarinasdeeloisa.es and specify the order number, the reference and size you want to return and the collection address and you will receive the label to put on the package and you will be able to arrange the pick up, by the courier, in the link you will receive.

The cost of the return outside the peninsula, will be the same as the shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from the amount you paid for the shoes (a refund that we will give you, by the same means of payment with which you made the order, when we receive the product back in our warehouse and it is received. This usually takes a week approximately).
